Welcome to the website of the Neurodiversity in Language Education Research Group (NEED)!

About NEED

NEED is an interdisciplinary and international research group founded at the Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Warsaw. The main goal of the group is to research topics related to broadly understood neurodiversity and language education with the aim of promoting inclusive education and improving the conditions of language education for individuals with different cognitive profiles. This includes, among others, neurodevelopmental and specific learning difficulties and conditions, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
